The Rooney family has definitely built a reputation for running one of the best organizations in the NFL. Bell's decision to leave the Steelers and hold out for a better contract was risky, and sometimes those big individual moves don't always pay off in a team sport like football. Balancing personal goals with what's best for the team is tough, and in Bell's case, things didn’t go as planned after leaving. It's a tricky game, and you're right-taking on something bigger than yourself in the NFL can be a challenge.
