Update on our house purchase! 🔑

🏠 2nd October 2020 🔑 we won't forget that day!! the day of our first property purchase!
This house transformation is going to be fun! After the previous house fell through due to a long probate, we were scared to post about this second one which we had had an offer accepted on back in August! By the time October arrived, the house purchase had completed after solicitors took their sweet ass time. This one is smaller and the refurb is going to be cheaper so in fact it all worked out for the best. It really has taken what feels like forever but now the hard work begins! We can't wait to turn this into a 4 bed house of multiple occupancy!
