Oh no! Don't hurt the Bobbsey Twins! Those are famous, beloved, collectible books. I had the whole series. The author isn't really the author, it is a ghost name the publisher used, the series was written by many authors. The author that wrote several was from my hometown in upstate NY and also wrote the Uncle Wiggly series. There are so many lousy books out there (I am a book reviewer) can't you use one of those instead of ruining something so loved and irreplaceable?
