Rust oleum is a fantastic paint range as you can have a colour in various finishes eg bathroom ,walls and ceilings ,tile Them cupboard they are available in each colour

I think wall paint usually dries darker rather than lighter, Noel. It's always a good idea to let your paint dry before deciding you need another coat.

A very very basic decorating rule (for those who don’t have much idea)I was told by an interior designer is for each room, use two colours and an accent colour for accessories. Using just one colour, particularly dark colours like that blue will be too flat and oppressive.

Might I suggest getting a 3 ring binder and ALWAYS grabbing an extra paint chip and attaching it to blank paper in your binder so as to later see the date and brand / color and sheen you used?? It really helps out down the line. I keep 2 pages for each room. I also write down additional info about that room that might be needed down the line. (ESPECIALLY Like in the kitchen for my appliances and such) BUT MOSTLY THE PAINT CHIP SAMPLE! LOL!!! Anyway... just throwing out a useful/ helpful hint! I love the colors you guys chose! Thanks so much for sharing!!! I can't wait to see what you do with your bedroom!!

What girls sleep in the girls' room only saw three beds Heidi and bonnie close to age and Halle and phoebe are clos in age my two daughters shared a room they neither liked the same colour it was a nightmare trying to get them to agree on two colours that matched each other

For your room you could do dark green on the bottom and get a wood seperator and do white or cream on the top

What is "glossing"? Do they mean painting the trims gloss white ?
@@divahc1 yea all the wood you pair with gloss paint- not the same as the walls or ceiling paint.

You sure redo the bedrooms a lot. Why don't you use semi gloss so the walls can be washed instead of repainted? Just a thought.

Do not use Dulux. We used it in our house and we regret it. We had to get a colour match and repaint it with valspar.
