Good to see Shev & Dev. Yes I flew off from Nepl Kathmandu on the day of Dassai festival after 6 weeks holiday and family time in there. It’s really nice and people & culture are awesome, very humble, honest, simple,kind and social. Take care enjoy and stay safe. Also make sure to use mosquito repellent always as Dengue Fever is rapidly spreading there nowadays. I got Dengue fever there and it was really hard so pls stay safe and enjoy 😍👍Also remember, now is the quietest time in Kathmandu as millions of people are out of Kathmandu to go to celebrate Dassai and upcoming Diwali festival, but now it’s only about 60% of hussle and bussel in Ktm, About 10-15days after Diwali Kathmandu will run in full swing once people return from their current festival holiday

Most of the poeple i saw in your videos are not even locals or Nepalis most of them are indians working in Nepal lol so funny during dashain everyone stay inside their homes with their family celebrating dashain or go to their villages to celebrate cause dashain is celebrated with family

Arrived wrong time during Dashain festival. Everyone stayed home or go to their family home outside valley. Kathmandu become gost town.
We caught a few of the festivities but yes most shops were closed. Now it seems to be reopening and it’s so nice to witness the energy here! Love it 🤩🙏
Another big festival Tihar on the way. 25 to 27 October. Don't miss that one. Enjoy your stay in Nepal 🇳🇵

I seriously saw more Indians in Kathmandu than other regular Nepali there. And it's a slowest and less busy time in Kathmandu since more than half of it's residents are out of valley to celebrate Dashian with their family.
Which is a good thing I think .atleast it is less crowded ,roads are less busy and the air is cleaner
