మోహన్ గారు CSR sarma college లో ఓ రోజు కాలేజ్ స్టూడెంట్స్ తో సరదాగా క్రికెట్ ఆడడం మాకు బాగా గుర్తు. కాసేపు బ్యాటింగ్ చేసి అందరికీ షేక్ హ్యాండ్ చేసి వెళ్ళారు. వారి దగ్గర shake hand పుచ్చుకోవడం మాకు చాలా గర్వంగా చాలా రోజులు చెప్పుకున్నాం.
అప్పుడు ofcourse నేను 8 క్లాస్ లో ఉండేవాడిని. కలెక్టర్ గారు క్రికెట్ కూడా ఆడతారని మా ఫ్రెండ్స్ మధ్య చర్చ.

Compared to many IAS chaps, Kanda is not exuding so much ego. Normally due to the training they receive, these chaps behave in a very egoistic manner and do not give due respect to other professionals They are highly conscious of this protocol and they do not hesitate to be rude showing their superiority and making it known at the first opportunity. Civil servants in other countries are quite happy with MR. But our people want Sir, Sir. Even among themselves, even to a one day senior they have to address Sir. However, there are very few exceptions of course

While watching the interview I felt that the following questions should have been asked
1) As a chief secretary to the government how he encountered the political interference and how he came over the problems created by various political lobbies
2) His view on liquor prohibition. Why it failed? because at that time it was much debated
3) in interviews so sad Runa mafi is a big mistake. why so?
4) his view on land reforms 5)problems in bureaucracy
in this interview except Mohan Sir realisation that 'gut feeling of political leaders does good than the Limited intelligence of bureaucrats' nothing is exciting.
In interview with Usha Mohan a question should have been there, how she supported her husband throughout his career and questions like so.
These are the questions got my mind and I expressed the same. if I am wrong please excuse.
He has given totall information...which he don't want to....and he has given best advices to government...most of the times he was help less

Sir was agriculture secretary when I was executive engineer, secretariat.
The then chief secretary daljeet arora was also very jovial and lot of fun in his meetings.

Whenever an interview is done, there has to be match between the anchor and the person interviewed on intellectual plane. Without prejudice to the anchor in question, i feel that it is missing. When it is present, many greater insights of life would come to the fore.

What is price index of India on 7th July 2022
He mentioned about the list of corporations to be closed that was given to NTR. That was a great scheme by contractors who were then facing problem in colluding to quote high rates in tenders due to the presence of Construction corporation which was brought into existence by HC Sarin during president rule.in 1973. These contractors were waiting for an opportunity. NTR being new to politics easily fell into their trap. Stating that the government should not do business they started the game to highlight the losses of state corporations. Their target was only a construction corporation. The committee appointed for the purpose was made to recommend the closure of the Construction Corporation. All others were not touched. After that, till now contractors and politician are colluding and increasing the rates of projects as they like and looting. Listen to Ajay Kallam inTelakapallli ravi's interview. Construction corporation saved hundreds of crores in Srisailam dam works and also by preventing the contractors quoting high rates. But the losses appeared in the Balance sheet of the corporation were high lighted and the corporation was closed. When this game is seen by the centre and try this looting, with the help of chamcha media like ABN, they start mud slinging centre. AP govt is nothing but a contractors hub now

Policy on handling naxalism. because varavara rao in his interview told maximum oppression was there during NTR period.
His relation with Sitaram yetchury. It seems that, he commented in the process of restraining yethury, he is getting influenced to become a Marxist.
