It's nice to recollect and remember the name of Sri S R Sankaran IAS garu, a gentle, honest person. I had the opportunity to meet him on several occasions, his younger brother shri SR RAJAGOPALAN was another genius with whom I had worked at NSIC. Met shri LVS garu at parvathipuram, my brother in law Shri k Murali Krishna garu took me to him. A lovable and respected person. Good interview..
I never knew what&who was an IAS in my high-school days! But I received a first prize from one Mr.C.Rangachari,who was collector of E.G.District,way back in 1973(?).The prize was for my creativity in craft.Before that in 1970(?)I got a pat&prize from one Mr.Malakondayya the then IAS of E.G.District. also. As LV sir said 20 Admin officers are enough to run system as expected, it means we dont have that strict officers now(Sad to hear that). I think every individual has to understand, think and analyze Govt System as it is our Home, our treasury, our life, our future. Every individual should respond on good or bad things to make sure thing goes normal other wise our life's will go wrong.
