Guys I had a whole new level glow up
First thing is that
1. Drink plenty of water 💦 which is important for ur skin and liver reduces inflammation
2. Use any type of moisturizer on ur skin or sunscreen to protect and hydrate ur skin
3. Wash ur face with cold water in the morni and night before and after sleeping
4. And use exfoliater twice a week
5. Always steam ur face be careful not to steam it alot once a week is good cuz it opens pores and helps clean up dirt

you don't have to have white skin to be pretty. i'm asian, and from where i'm from (korea), white skin is very desirable. usually if you are tan, you are considered "dirty", which is totally untrue. i have slightly pale skin, but is tan overall. i find tan skin as pretty as white skin. there are plenty of kids in my school who have tan skin but are very pretty/handsome. my mom is very pale, but she has always wanted tan skin. my best friend who is tan has always wanted pale skin. this shows that people want what they don't have. embrace the melanin in your skin!
