    Welcome to Daily Kitchen Magic.. Today we are going to make… Aloo matar ke samosas.. This is going to be a very tasty recipe, you will watch the full video without skipping.. So let's see what we need for this. .
    For this, we have boiled half a kilo of potatoes.
    Or do we need curry leaves, garlic, green chilies
    Peas ¼ cup
    grated ginger
    Coriander strips
    1 finely chopped onion
    for example we need
    Turmeric
    chilli powder
    Spice
    Asafoetida
    black and white salt
    celery seed
    or for garnish
    little asafoetida
    little roasted cumin powder
    black pepper
    Now to make masala, we have put 2 spoons of oil in the pan..if its bad add cumin or ajwain dal to it..and a little asafoetida dal.
    If its bad, add garlic, curry leaves or green chilies to it. or mix
    Its bad grated ginger will be given or onion will also be given.
    or add some peas
    Will add black salt or turmeric to it
    Add a little white salt as per taste
    gonna make it a while
    Now the peas have become soft, now we will add boiled potatoes and lentils to it.
    Now add a little salt, garam masala, red chili or chaat masala to it as per taste. Or add roasted cumin powder or add some black pepper
    Now I will mix everything well
    Mashing the potatoes lightly will mix
    We are adding some leftover spices to it.
    Now add some coriander and mix it..and this masala is ready..now let it cool down or prepare the dough for samosas..
    Now we have taken 2 cups all purpose flour or 1 cup all purpose flour, if you want you can take empty all purpose flour also.
    Add some salt as per taste or add some ajwain dal or mix it well.
    Now put 3 tbsp oil in it or add wheat flour and mix it well.
    You can add more or less oil as per your requirement.
    Now put oil in a pan and let it heat up for frying.
    Now add filling to it...or fry it...deep fry it until golden brown..
