❤❤❤my paternal grandfather was from Santa Flavia. My paternal grandmother was from Bagheria. I would love to visit. I don't think I have any family left. My Uncle used to go back to Sicily to stay for months at a time.
Both of my Great-Grandparents ( D’amato & Sanfilippo) on my mothers side left Santa Flavia in 1905. In October, I will be the 1st person in my family to go back since then. Sooo excited and thank you for the awesome video!!
Well Hello Cousins! I am blessed to find your video! My Grandmother and Grandfather are from Porticello. My Grandmother traveled to and from Palermo/Ellis Island late 1800/early 1900. My Cousins have been to Porticello a few times and we are planning a trip this Fall. My Grandparents had a butcher shop. We will see some Cousins when we arrive.
