Love that you did it like this. Putting them into categories by color is really the only truly effective way to declutter. If you don’t do it like this you’re keeping many redundant things that look the same. When you declutter you should be comparing similar items like you did and keeping which one/ones you like the best of that particular category. You did great!!

My favorite colorful palette is CP Aurora Struck. And my favorite neutral is CP Stone Cold Fox. If I were to cut down on my collection, I’d find it more frustrating than helpful right now, because I’m a palette collector (blush and lip products, too). I tend to separate mine by seasons and cull them when I’m done with a season. But I lost all of my makeup in a house fire and have been hoarding since then. I really need to get past that and eliminate what I don’t really use. You inspire me to tackle that issue.
I moved shadows from my Sprinkle a Little Magic palette in to my Back to Hogwarts palette. All I liked from the Sprinkle a Little Magic palette was the hreens and I wished the Back to Howarts palette had more green in it. I probably spent a good hour rearranging shade. It's so pretty now. I love it.
I have really been into shimmers. The Stoned Vibes palette and the ABH Nouveau are my favorites right now. I really want to get those Flower Beauty ones!!

Wow you did a great job for this eyeshadow declutter, it's a really hard for me to declutter my eyeshadow, i have a lot eyeshadow more than 50. My palette collection is all limited editions 😢🎉 because i just keep buying palettes for certain shades & then getting uninspired & depot then & feel bad for wasting it !!! I just stopped ✋️ and started with my depotted shades & bought singles to mix and match, I've created multiple interesting palettes 🎨. I also have been into cream eyeshadow sticks because my eyelids are showing some sagging & textures 😢 so i stopped buying eye products at once , so thay i can use up what i have & have alot more time to think about & observe my preferences & my eyelids . I have 3 intact palettes that ive kept in my makeup bag : prickly pear by Jason wu + cutie analouge by nabla + jurassic world by essence 😂😂 they all are bronzes & i just bought a Christine 42 neutral shades palette 😬 🤭 im in that phase again!!!! And i feel the need of buying Calla by Ace & soliel by VISEART & other tiny colorful palettes to put in my makeup bag buy also want more cream eyeshadows 😅 i want to refresh my 9 lipsticks collection too 😂😂 those are my priorities tbh ❤

OMG the passing of an era with the Subculture palette! But really, that other palette has most of the best colors from Subculture and works better too!
I all so did a big declutter got rid of 12 /13 year old make up I used once or twice know I’m decluttering my perfume cause they can go bad to after time threw away a full bag of really old perfume I still have so much make up I use every day for work I all so keep my make up clean at the time I wanted a huge make up collection I still do I’m happy with what I got and it feels good to throw old stuff away I have a lot more room in my bedroom
I completely agree with the sigma enchanted i was so disappointed with the shimmers in that palette , I’ve tried 2 sigma palettes now , the sigma rosy letter me down too ,

I totally have a little sentimental makeup box!! ❤ I was just thinking how my Urban Decay Naked Cherry eyeshadow palette may need to move there soon 😬 I’ve actually greatly decreased buying eyeshadow palettes just bc I have realized I really don’t wear that much eyeshadow anymore 😢 it lasts forever!! I’m suuuuuuper selective now with my new purchases! Enjoyed watching this video a lot!

It's fun to guess what will go while watching. I kind of thought youd get rid of Elf Earth and Ocean but seeing you compare it to the Ace Beaute I remembered you saying the shadows are made for deeper skin tones and I was like, nah, Ace is going and Elf is staying. I got the Sigma 9 pans in Beacy and Earthy, and I feel like the 2 combiner are an Elf Earth and Ocean vibe dupe, but in a way that is more satisfying to me. I haven't used them together, but side by side, they look like they're made for each other.
