- Welcome back to my moving declutter series! Today we are tackling my cheek products (blush, bronzer, & highlight). I guess I feel more attached to cheek products than base products because this category was so much harder for me to declutter! I was still able to somewhat downsize my collection though!

Honestly if you love the product, there's no shame in keeping it! Even if that means not decluttering much, at least you know you really love the products and will really get use out of them instead of letting them sit in a drawer.

It‘s quite funny, I presumed you would declutter most of the products you actually did. 😄 you did a really good job, and I like how you decided to just keep the products you really didn’t want to declutter, even if that meant keeping more products than planned, that’s the best thing to do. 🤗

Could you crush up the deeper highlight in the BH cosmetic face pallet and add it to a summer lotion? That way it gets used 🤷🏼♀️
Can confirm that the MR bronzer in 01 Cool isn't a misprint- I ordered the same shade and it was super warm too (and patchy). I really wanna try that LYS cream stick!

I own it too and it's indeed pretty warm and pigmented on my fair skin. I don't find mine particularly patchy, though. I've used better bronzers before anyway 😅
I like blush, bronzer and highlighter but have a very small collection which is just perfect for me. I think I have 9 total products for all three, but all are ones that I enjoy using. I do have one bronzer that is too warm that I don't use much but will hang onto for now. But I have some of the products that are in this video, Essence Befitting, Milani Bronzer and Blush in Luminoso, all really nice products. Good declutter!

You did very well in your declutter. You kept what you loved and if there were similar colors so kept what you loved. Even at end when you didn’t declutter the 1/3 you wanted too you happy with declutter as a whole. That’s exactly what it’s about keeping what you love what you can use. Now, I need to do that.

The Essence pure nude is too deep for me as well. I don’t understand how Taylor Wynn can use it because she’s so fair. It makes me wonder if she has an older one and the newer one is slightly deeper? Who knows but just something I’ve wondered.

I love declutter videos. I find them to be the most honest reviews of products.
I wanted to like the Essence highlighter so much! It was almost like a bronzer on me. I saw they have new ones on Ulta's website, I might see if I can find them in store. I'm always on the hunt for the perfect rosy gold highlighter that probably doesn't exist! 😋Hopefully Athr releases powder highlighters again! I feel like I'm late to discover that brand. I missed the powder highlighters and some beautiful eyeshadow palettes.
Yes I saw that Essence has some new highlights in the same packaging as their “the blush” line, I am curious to try those!!

Hmm, I have that same Estate highlighter and have hardly used it; I was getting similar products in my Ipsy bag for a while and I think that just put me off that kind of shade;, I'll have to check it out again, unless i already passed it on to one of my sisters or my mom.
No Dunkin on the West Coast? I'm in Nor Cal and I know of a handful of Dunkins. They're harder to come by tho! Luckily the coffee scene is great on the west coast if you wanna try out some local shops!

To be clear, there is Dunkin on the west coast. At least in LA. It’s just few and far between. Not as easy to come by as east coast but it’s still there

I don't know if it's true or not but I once saw a comment saying that the line of the make up revolution bronzer is actually meant for dark skin tones, which would explain why the lightest shade would still be too dark for you !
Ooh well in that case, that’s really cool! I’m glad to hear there’s a bronzer line intentionally meant for deep skin tones, since that’s a category of shades that’s often underrepresented!
Are the kokie blushes matte or do they have shimmer to them?

Nope! It’s not mislabeled cause I’m brown skinned and I use shade 2 warm the mega bronzers by makeup revolution run crazy dark

I really want to try that Sol bronzer but I'm sensitive to fragrance...would you say that it dissipates or can you smell it on your face after applying?
I personally don't notice it on my face after it's applied! But at the same time my nose isn't super sensitive to fragrance in makeup!

You can put round cotton pads or a tissue paper inside any precious product to prevent them from breaking. I‘ve done this on flights, when I checked in my luggage with makeup.

I would also recommend putting tape across any mirrors in compacts or palettes. Broken glass is impossible to get out of powder products.
