    Hey buddy. Looking RIPPED. I see such a difference in your traps and shoulders. Arms are huge. I l love your uploads. I eat a lot of chicken but don’t have the self discipline to measure stuff out and eat way too much of what I want lol. I’ve tried the spaghetti squash too and can’t do it. I have been eating more salads with chicken in it, cut the diet soda too. Stay well and safe 👊🏻

      Justin Holland that’s good to know. I used to be in decent shape then just started eating carbs and sugar. Gained about 60 lbs in two years. Super tired all the time. I cut the sugar about four months ago and mentally feel like a new person. More energy, I can wake up easier. I dont crave it anymore. But I def do have to watch my carb intake still. All bread and pasta which is awful and essentially sugar still lol. And you’re right. I’ll have to give the spaghetti squash another chance lol. Thanks for the reply as well
