Fairhead is my favorite series becauss it remids me of real farming! Also a tip for the future when you plough a grass field (to be) you must gather the soil to the middle. In the case of the video you should've gathered the soil to the already existing field so the furrow at the end should be at the side of the wall so you have a flat field to work on. :)
You could use a rolling plow (called disc harrows in game iirc) to run over that grass, especially if you are planting grass on top. We do that and then we have a kverneland grass seeder that scatter-seeds on top for things like grass wheat rye and sorghum When we plant vegetables we run a power harrow overtop just because that seeder is much more delicate.
24:55 I can tell you from experience that it is NOT fun fun when that happens, Ive been hit by them, forklifts, tow trains and stand up forklifts while driving any of them at any given time. Not fun when it happens. What is fun is you can put down a bit of soap on the concrete floor and drive thru it and turn the wheel hard and do donuts!
Great video daggerwin! Wondering when your episode of survival challenge will come out? Chainsaws came out yesterday and I was wondering where yours was lol
You should make sure you have all the dlc installed because the 6m Horsch dlc drill has the lowest power requirement out of all 6m drills while also being cheapest and fastest
you may not be able to use cultivators but you can use ripper plows or chisel plows, as those are realistic. that is a method irl farmers use, usually in the fall after corn harvest
A little bit of topic questions, hope you don't mind. Do you know if interactive control has any conflicts with the straw and harvest pack equipment? Tried the baler with 3 bales collector, but I didn't get the option in display menu to choose how many bales etc.. And when I tried to fold it, the tracktor, baler and trailer flew through the air and into the forest on the Rosendal map
know you put your series in playlists which I appreciate a lot. However your old series, Have/could you consider making your (now ended) series into a long 2-3 hour 'movies' of sorts? I find it the perfect long form content to put on side monitor when working/gaming!
You should not wgt your hopes too high on the honey. There may be mods for more than the base game pallet, but each standard game pallet of honey is only 400L, not 1000L. So it takes 2.5 pallets to reach 1000L
We rented the field behind the house to a local farmer and he planted hay. He didn't plow the field, he just went over it with a cultivator to dethatch the weeds and pasture grass that was there and then planted the orchard grass hay.
That Kubota spreader can be used for lime as well just empty out the fertilizer out of it

Also theres a shed with that green door next to where your storing the honey in case you wanted a shed to keep them in!
I feel like a good addition to your farm would be the Unimog U1400 mod. It is a jack of all trades.
Jack off a trades?

Great Video. Love the little pallet trolley. Will use that one myself.
"Where's my John Deere?"
"Theeeeeerrrrrrreeee" said the sheep. How helpful!
Going to need to see your forklift license. Lol
Great video daggerwin! Wondering when your episode of survival challenge will come out? Chainsaws came out yesterday and I was wondering where yours was lol

@@Daggerwin ah thank you :)
The kubota spreader you have can do line as well
Top marks for the majority of the ploughing done with the mouldboard the correct way and folding uphill

With the announcement of fs25 will fact sheet Fridays be coming back?
Yes I'd amagine so.
Dagger i love this series
Hello daggerwin. I want to know if survival role play is coming to fs25.
A little bit of topic questions, hope you don't mind. Do you know if interactive control has any conflicts with the straw and harvest pack equipment? Tried the baler with 3 bales collector, but I didn't get the option in display menu to choose how many bales etc.. Looks like you need to remove some stones from the field
When you asked the sheep how they were, they said "not baaaad".
Just wondering if anyone knows the list of mods that are being used ???
Hey Daggerwin, do you recommend the tobii eye tracker for farming sim?
What about a pressure washer? Wouldn't it be realistic to take care of the machines a little more?
On the fairhead map there are more farms it would be cool if you would buy a 2nd farm for cows for example most of em have big cow barns
As this is a realistic series could you fill the seeder with the telehandler ie manually
what do you think about rean vehicle breakdown mod
The honey pallets only have 400ltrs so won’t be £3300 a pallet
know you put your series in playlists which I appreciate a lot.
However your old series, Have/could you consider making your (now ended) series into a long 2-3 hour 'movies' of sorts?
I find it the perfect long form content to put on side monitor when working/gaming!
What happened to lifting the seed bags over the hopper with the telehandler 🤔?
Second 🥈
Day:-43 of asking daggerwin to update playlists on the go

please do cows its the perfekt map for cows
27:00 Super realistic again
Bet you have only just started watching his channel bc if you hadn’t you would have more respect for the daily free entertaining content he puts out
first

What happened to survival world play
Gone, reduced to pieces
@Daggerwin can you plz create a playlist for this series on it's own when you have time?
no cows this time. he wants to do sheep.
There's a mod for 32 pallet honey
