Pac 12 is not a P5 anymore. This is not some great opportunity. This is a kid putting on his dad's suit and pretending he can head off to the office with the adults (P 4 conferences)
Joining the Pac-12 is a huge positive for Boise State. The Pac-12 is on the doostep of conference realignment. At Bronco Stadium and Extra-Mile Arena, a huge increase in competition comes to town. By accepting the P12 invitation, Boise State is on the doorstep of being a founding member of a rebuilt Power5 conference.
@@matthewbrueckner8374 Agreed. People are missing that all that needs to happen now is for UNLV and Air Force to move on and the MWC is completely gutted as a football conference. At least Boise has a chance to be part of a conference that could be the best G5 out there. The MWC has progressively lost ground to other G5 conferences over the last decade. No one will convince me that trading the likes of Wyoming, San Jose St, Hawaii, New Mexico and Nevada for OSU and WSU isn't an improvement.
good for Boise st. hope the new pac 12 works out.
Pac-12 is the conference of opportunity at this point
“The industry we’re in” this is an employee of a college! 🧐
So going from 1 G5 conference to another... hmmm
@@pnwadventurer802 more money opportunity.
@MidTierxx how?

There is no P5 or even P4. It’s P2 and everyone else. PAC-12 is consolidating a conference that can be competitive with the Big12 and ACC.
So you think Boise St would be better if rejecting the opportunity and stay in the MW?
