This song was written for her older sister who was in a coma. She calls her, “My crazy girl, wake up. The things that told about you is a lie. You are just the one that hear me.” (Şebnem meant to). I feel so weird every time that I heard it cause I’m an older sister too. I can’t imagine the pain that my sister feels when she writing that song when I’m in a coma. I don’t wanna imagine…

Hi dude, I'd like to give you biref info about the song.Cause the song is constatnt and if you dont know the story of the song it is possible to couldnt get the vibe of the song.
She wrote that song for her sister who is died with cancer ilness.As you can see nobody (singer, instrumentalists and even audience) . normally her songs everybody participate her with cheerfull energy with crazy peformance.But that time the vibes on the song are regret (because she lost his sister early with young her age)for the moments that they couıldnt have, respect and to honor their memories. On my oppinion its so gorgeus that in a concert after you got cherfull moments with everybody and the sitiuation that everybody with high motivation in positively, you start to song that meaningfull for your family and everybody knows and accept your feelings and participate you with all their respect.

this is a song which you can say is a ""slow" one
additionally at the concert Şebnem sung it especially ''intermittent'' and different than on the album (studio version, try it out too)
of course the studio version is much richer and fuller and the lyrics add many passion to the song too
because of all this and your first listening to it I can understand that you were not able to catch the whole beauty and passion of that song
additionally it is a whole other culture group that Şebnem comes from so her songs you will probably never understand to the full and never will feel the feelings that natives feel when listening to Şebnem Ferah
even with the much rockier songs it will always be something different to you than for me e.g.
I am always on the brink of crying tears when listening to this song because I understand the way that Şebnem wanted the song to be understood for I am a member of the same culture, but you will never have this access to any of the songs you listened I think
the turkish listeners of Şebnem want to share their experience to the world and write to you to react to this or to that song
they may expect from you the same or similar ''understanding'' of the songs they love so much, but this will never happen I think
of course you will get goose bumps here and there, but this will be on another experience level I think
but I don't want to say that it is a bad thing that turkish music fans share their idols with you to react
even with what I wrote above you will of course be impressed from the performances and melodies of the songs and you will enrich your music world with music of other cultures and this is of course a good thing
there are only a few people or bands that do almost not one bad song in their career, there is not one filler song in their albums or only very few and Şebnem Ferah is one such musician, and also this song is a fascinating one if you can get the whole feeling of it
