Characters are an important part of any video game and it turns out that I don't know how to make them so I spent a whole month learning the correct way to model 3d characters using blender.
This video is not exactly a devlog but believe me, this was a very important step I had to take.

Hey, welcome! My name is s4bishii and I'm an indie game developer working on my first game Resttore, an open world adventure game with survival mechanics inspired by games like Valheim and The Legend of Zelda - Breath of the Wild. This is a devlog serie that tracks my game's progress similar to the devlog series that other game developers like Dani, Randy, Code Monkey, Pontypants or AIA do for their own games.

As a 3D artist, the best advice I can give you is to not go in depth on small details because it takes a lot of time, and for games, it is absolutely not necessary. The style is the key and should be your main focus. small details for game graphics don't really matter.
