    Exercising 5x a week if you’re not used to it might be a tad much to start. 15-20 minutes every other day may be more beneficial, but you know your body better than anyone else and what you can realistically accomplish. Audible is a great option for on the go and the library would be great as a starting point, maybe 15 minutes or 1 chapter a day or something. Absolutely you should have weekends off, having 2 days off together helps so much! That’s actually my goal for next year, I’ve been working 6 and sometimes 7 days a week for 9 1/2 years now and I’m so over it.

    From the planner what I'd like the most was the monthly goals I think I could handle that this was helpful gave me some ideas, I hope you get to accomplish your weekends off because you're only live once and you need to enjoy yourself and time with your family I know I'm 65 and I can't wait to retire so that I can have a normal schedule. Also want to say thank you for your videos and all your hard work I hope your business grows to where you can spend more time on it I've been watching you for a long time for years and I got my sister watching also. ❤😊
