Great vid, great explanation, great content you got here. I created my own version of pujols and a rods swing back in my playing days and it worked for me and my body. Acunas load with the hands, feet and torso is perfection, speed, power and loose action to barrel the ball as much as possible. I've modeled my daughter and sons swing after acunas stance/ load and seagers approach, it creates for RESULTS. Subbed to the channel
