Jackman Works first off, what the hell is the name of the first track on your video. That alone, has me watching this multiple times. Second, the compass is an awesome idea, would you attempt this with a palm router? Asking for a friend. Thanks and great project
Exactly what was needed... Have no idea how much this project hit the spot.... Absolutely, killed it bro!!!.... WPRA!!.....Killer!.... Your game is awesome!
Paul, another beauty. I hope you gave that CNC some love. Making him work while you sleep and subjecting him to a nose pick?! Your channel is exploding...good job dude, you're doing it right!
Gorgeous! Great tiling technique. Shows that you don't need a massive CNC router to get big jobs done, nor do you need fancy software to do a tiling function for you.
I just WATCHED you do this, and I’m still not sure how you did it... 😂 This piece is absolutely gorgeous! I love watching your videos, and I continue to be amazed by your creations. They are so fun, impressive, and beautiful. Well done, sir! 👍🏼
Jackman!!! This I was by far your best film editing yet.. you have always done a great job on your videography but this one was great.. I enjoyed every moment of it. Keep up the great work. By the way, I would love to see another butcher block table.
You are the best video maker by a mile & it’s like watching MTV, you deserve all the accolades & thank you for the entertaining manner that you deliver your videos in 🤠🤠
Another great vid! Keep up the humor. I love woodworking like everyone else but you have a real angle here that nobody else is filling. I'm assuming the editing sucks but I love you for it 👍
Everyone should have a friend like you, you're hilarious. I've been following you for a while now and you just get better and better - your work is perfection. You should get that leg looked at though ;-)
I hope you're proud of that build + vid Mr Jackman because it was fantastic. I'm glad you ended up doing that design since you threw the idea up for the dresser and I was keen to see it done. No better way than to show it off on a countertop! :)
It nothing else, I'm proud of you being the first one to comment Matt 😉. Thanks for the love man, I'm happy I could incorporate the compass at a larger scale, I think this really benefitted from it.
Thanks Paul for the great video. All of your work is top, notch and I really enjoy watching every video you put out. The finish you used is really beautiful so I will check it out too. Take care and be safe!
I stumbled on your channel thru a reddit post. You freaking make some amazing projects and your videos are great. Double thumbs up! Keep up the good work.
Is there any way to do this without the CNC machine and on a bit of a smaller scale? I’m just getting back into woodworking and would like to do this as a gift for a family member.
For sure, the circles and straight lines are easy with a jig. The lettering will be harder by hand but it's definitely doable with a steady hand and more of a script type font which will help hide your mistakes
I want to make something similar, but for a world map on a dining table. I love the idea of routing just the edges and burning the center. I'm completely new to this, but have the tools needed (I'll outsource CNC). I'm just afraid of the epoxy stuff. Thanks.
I enjoyed your Compass Rose. Here is a question that I would like your opinion on. I want to crave a 6 1/2 inch "CR" on a Maple table using Black Epoxy. Then after the epoxy drys and the surface is sanded smooth, I want to apply stain over the surface to match the interior of my small RV Van. Finally, apply a spray on finish over everything. I am I correct in assuming the Epoxy won't absorb the stain?
What sandpaper grit do you use on your belt sander? I’ve been trying to remove epoxy from some cracks I filled in a slab and am not having any luck. I ended up snapping my belt : (
Thanks, I had an issue with the pigment dying the wood and it ruined a project. I heard applying lacquer to seal the grain first will help prevent this. Do you do anything to prevent bleeding into the wood?
That is so beautiful! I just love it, what a cool idea for extra counter space! I am really liking this! :) As always, you have awesome videos and great end products!
Whhheeewwwww! That was close! I thought I lost time by being abducted by aliens and couldn't recall what the magnets or 3 sections were for. You pulled it out.........Nice Job!!
Informative and entertainment. And looks veeery good. But i don't know, if the beltgrinder is not to aggressive. But you will have your reasons for using this machine. Cheerio from Germany.

Your channel is exploding...good job dude, you're doing it right!
Ha! My robot slave is pampered quite well :)
It's always good to have a robot ally for the coming robocalypse. Mine is a rolling kerosene heater named Herby.
Don't give it a name, that's how this all starts!!!
Gorgeous! Great tiling technique. Shows that you don't need a massive CNC router to get big jobs done, nor do you need fancy software to do a tiling function for you.
Exactly! Just takes a little bit of ingenuity
Hello from Athens,Greece!Very nice!

What incrirable job...the editing work and the soundtracks...they are very good...congratulations.
nice, very nice. being able to move, makes it that much nicer. it really looks like one solid piece. great job
The finish on this really brings the compass out! Awesome build, I like out of the box projects!
So happy how all of the color turned out!
@@JackmanWorks What was the reason for the ammonium chloride? I love the way this thing turned out.
@@Kzoopig that lets you selectively burn the surface so that the area with ammonium chloride burns before the raw wood surface
Another great project Paul. Really liked how the toasted areas show some gran with the harder lines of the compass outlines. - Jim
That is beautiful! Gasped when I saw the finished item.
I just WATCHED you do this, and I’m still not sure how you did it... 😂 This piece is absolutely gorgeous! I love watching your videos, and I continue to be amazed by your creations. They are so fun, impressive, and beautiful. Well done, sir! 👍🏼
Keep rewatching it then, it'll help my view count hahaha

By the way, I would love to see another butcher block table.
Thanks!! Looking to step it up little by little every time
That is amazing . I am looking into adding a smaller version of something like that in a table .
That is a BADASS build! Love the ammonium chloride idea!
Thanks! That technique is super useful
You are the best video maker by a mile & it’s like watching MTV, you deserve all the accolades & thank you for the entertaining manner that you deliver your videos in 🤠🤠
Peaked my interest, entertained then educated. WOW! Awesome job Dude!
Thanks so much Jim
Another great vid! Keep up the humor. I love woodworking like everyone else but you have a real angle here that nobody else is filling.
I'm assuming the editing sucks but I love you for it 👍
The editing does suck but I love doing it! haha
All your stuff looks always soooo good, your creativity is amazing!
Great build Paul. Never would have thought of using grout to color epoxy
Nice build Paul! 🦈🎸
Cool project and GREAT editing
Very nice countertop. I have been following the progress on Instagram. Nice to see the whole project start to end.
Thanks Bryan! I'm thrilled it turned out just like the picture :)

Everyone should have a friend like you, you're hilarious. I've been following you for a while now and you just get better and better - your work is perfection. You should get that leg looked at though ;-)

Phenomenal job Paul! 👍👊 Awesome piece and video!

I stumbled on your channel thru a reddit post. You freaking make some amazing projects and your videos are great. Double thumbs up! Keep up the good work.
Awesome! Great to hear some people are coming over from Reddit. I always have a good time with the conversation there.

Great video! As always. You're a nut and it's so entertaining. Keep up the awesome work.
haha I do what I can! :)
Love your intro's brother. Makes the video's more personable.

Nicely done!
Awesome project, and really creative use of space!
What is your process to getting epoxy back to shiny again after pouring an inlay and sanding off the over pour?
Im so glad i found this channel the start of the video cracked me up XD
Love the video edit and the counter top came out beautiful. Great job
Love your Editing
You're a wizard Jack!

I always enjoy the music you use in your videos, cracks me up too. lol
That was fantastic. I love it.

This is so awesome!! Thank you for the video and thank you for being am example of problem solving and breaking things into pieces
What sandpaper grit do you use on your belt sander? I’ve been trying to remove epoxy from some cracks I filled in a slab and am not having any luck. I ended up snapping my belt : (
I usually start super rough with 60 grit to take most of it off and go up from there before I hit the wood
Thanks, I had an issue with the pigment dying the wood and it ruined a project. I heard applying lacquer to seal the grain first will help prevent this. Do you do anything to prevent bleeding into the wood?
That is awesome ! Love you videos man keep em coming !
Awesome project! edit was good as well.
Super réalisation très beau film bravo 👍😜
That is so beautiful! I just love it, what a cool idea for extra counter space! I am really liking this! :) As always, you have awesome videos and great end products!
😍 love this so much! Great Job Paul!
Beautiful video, man!
Thanks man!
good job, greetings from Indonesia
Wonderful!!
You're genius artist.
Best wood worker on the interweb
Your videos make me think of Mark Wahlberg in The Other Guys “you learned to dance (edit) like that sarcastically?!”
Great job as always Paul!
I liked how it WASN’T a river table!
Any chance we will get to see it installed?
Keep an eye on my Instagram, I'll definitely be posting a photo there once it gets installed!
Jackman Works Thanks!
Romania? Just North West of Bucharest?
Beautiful piece of work!
Perfect video right true the end, i love it!
Thank you!
Um dos mais belos trabalhos que já vi!!!! Very good!!!!
Well done and hilarious video! Cheers
thank you for the finish info. I'm living in Japan and purchased Waterlox via amazon. try some another way.
Can you explain a little bit more about the ammonium chloride please? Cheers
Liked within the first 30 seconds for that incredibly cute intro.
Whhheeewwwww! That was close! I thought I lost time by being abducted by aliens and couldn't recall what the magnets or 3 sections were for. You pulled it out.........Nice Job!!
So the magnets were to keep it sectional? Very very nice work!
Yep the magnets just keep the sections from sliding apart but they can still be separated to be stored away if needed
lol, the music and gloves at the waterlox moment, I'm to lazy to google the coordinates, so can you say where it is?
Excellents travail !!!!
4:40 what is that liquid
Waterlox tung oil amzn.to/2P6JNrB
ammonium chloride and heat will get the wood dark like that? Awesome effect.
This is an awesome project!!! What does the Ammonium Chloride do?
It has a lower burning temperature so that area of the wood burns quicker than the non treated wood
hi there, i just found you channel and love it! Is it possible to download the star vector somewhere? Its awesome!
Always great work. I'm very late to the party but here nonetheless. I really enjoy your videos. Thanks.
Awesome job man
Looks great
Was that a severed foot at the beginning?!? Awesome video as always!
Informative and entertainment. And looks veeery good.
But i don't know, if the beltgrinder is not to aggressive. But you will have your reasons for using this machine.
Cheerio from Germany.
