Performed by.....transcribed by....but the most important person, without whom all this wouldn't be possible,
the composer Jimmy Van Heusen doesn't get any credit. In fact, lots of time jazz musicians aren't even aware of or concerned about who wrote the material the perform (unless it's their originals)
