Completely depends on the primer that I'm using! Some can be very tacky or too creamy and when I encounter this issue I do apply some powder to set the primer. I find the eyeshadows go on smoother over the top of a powdered base. The Urban Decay one leaves a very slightly tacky finish but I actually find this helps my shadows to grip better so I don't powder with this one. Hope that helps 😊 x

Absolutely! There are lots that I love! Wet n Wild Photofocus Primer is brilliant. If you wanted something with a bit of colour to it, the Essence I ♥ Stage is a good option. I also really like the E.L.F Eyelid Primer.

I have a hack for you take perm rod paper they're endpapers if you can't find them in any store go to Sally's rip them short way in half lick the Top Pot just enough so it sticks on your eye and what it does it it it's falls on the paper the eye shadow Fall everytime I would use eyeshadow pads when it came time for me to pull it off it will pull it would tug on my eye Anna comes off so beautiful no stickiness or nothing give it a try and let me know what you think by

Do you set your eyeshadow primer with powder before you apply shadow?
