Hey Dr. D! I’m in the market for a study bible and am stumped on the number of choices there are including the ones you’ve reviewed! I eventually hope to own all of these, but of these books which would you suggest, the starting place, NIV study bible, or quest study bible?
I think they rate this way. I would get the NIV study Bible first, the quest 2nd and the "Starting place" third. You should be happy with any in any order, but the NIV Study Bible is the best
Hi sir, I hope you can help me. I don't know if the two can be compared, but for beginners, would this NIV Starting Place be better than the Chronological Life Application Study Bible? Thanks!
I think that the starting place might be a little easier to manage, but I have to say that the Chronological Life Application has MANY more features and content.
@@BibleontheGo Having that said, apart from gaining knowledge, would the Chronological Life Application Study Bible as spiritually "interactive" as the Starting Place? I can see in this vid that Starting Place does have hard Q&As that speak to the readers on a spiritual level. Thanks, Dr. Dan. :)
@@_TheSnow That's a good point. The Chronological NLT has 2 advantages. First, it's chronological which makes more sense to a newbie, and it's the NLT which is very easy to read. If the person is more of a question and answer person, then yes the starting place would keep them engaged I think.
Thanx, Dr Dan 🌹🌹🌹🌹
