If your room is too hot you can add another duct/vent to the room in the future. My husband said it should cost about $500-800 depending on attic space. You have a nice layout I like a home that looks lived in. Not super perfect but it shows all the stuff you have collected throughout time and what people you love have given you. 😍😍❤️🔥❤️🔥 The back yard is epic 😍😍❤️🔥❤️🔥
