As others have said he shot this in Brighton. He’s shot a lot of his iconic music videos in Brighton. In fact, there’s an online map tour of the locations and streets where he’s shout his videos.
He has only been able to eat a few plain grilled meats around 5 types of vegetables for ten years, no snacks! A few weeks ago he was able to eat rice and rice cakes! He has been eating packets of them Lyme disease is a serious illness which maybe you were not aware of in his case. Nearly every American male reactor gets indignant about the food being abandoned😅 He would be potentially seriously ill or very poorly if he ate all the stuff he's allergic too
What’s impressive about any acoustic song is the fact that the song is stripped down from all the production. I use to watch MTV unplugged back in the 90’s. You might be too young to even know that show. When an artist is able to perform the song acoustically it’s a completely different vibe. If you would have listened to the music video first then the acoustic I believe you would have had a different perspective. Most reactors I’ve watched love that he sings the sample as it’s unexpected. His breath control is also extremely impressive as it is all done in one shot. Ren always drops the music videos first then the acoustic. I believe this gives fans the best perspective. Although I imagine a lot of songs probably start off acoustically then transformed in the studio when production is added.
Yeah, i gotta start watching the music video first but im a sucker for live performances. And yes the MTV unplugged shows were amazing most notable session that comes to mind was the nirvana one. Thank you for watching the video and sharing your thoughts! ✊🏾❤️
Ren definitely has the chops to sing with just his voice and a guitar. I'm with you on this one. I prefer the studio version. Of interest, if you haven't done it yet: Murderer. I like both versions for entirely different reasons, same words, same song - entirely different feel.
The video was shot in Brighton(UK) the starting point is a fish and chip shop on Preston Street,he walks south, then rounds the corner on to King's Road/A259 - where he crosses over to the other side of the road etc. I don't live in Brighton,so i'm not sure if the fish and chip shop is still there, but at least you know the street names and general area in which the video was filmed. Thanks so much for your reaction(s) and for supporting Ren,it's very much appreciated. FWIW, i prefer the studio version too, much love from the UK bro🙌
❤❤❤LOVE this one❤❤❤ I think the acoustic was missing Ren himself on the guitar; there is just something magic when he is playing and singing. There is another Drum & Bass version too. 🔥 Hahaha, so many get hung up on the fish and chips. Ren is not able to eat ANY of that - he can only eat about 8 things at all. I am sure one of the crew ate it, or they will have given it to a homeless person as Ren busked in Brighton for years & years and knew so many on the streets.
I totally agree with you! This is the only song of his where I don't like the acoustic version as a whole compared to the studio version. 💗 Most often, Murdrer and Animal Flow, are equal to me, just depends on my mood. The one exception is Bittersweet Symphony where the live version is much better than the studio for me. Hope you check that one out. ❤

I like that you are not afraid to be honest in your reaction videos. Thank you xx
In the beginning was the word & the word was Ren. A rising tide lifts all Chips. Thanks for being honest in your reaction.
