Hello and thank you very much :) Yes i agree DLSS 3 helped much to boost the performance. The raw performance jump from 3060 is quite good, with better power consumption. Yes 8GB and maybe the price is the only downside of this card so it’s only good for 1080p i think. I haven’t try undervolt as it is already low in power consumption. You can try to undervolt but maintain the default performance, then overclock it gradually. Have fun :)

Hello! Performance wise, you can judge from my video :) 4060 have higher performance, less vram, less power usage, DLSS3, higher price than 3060. For power supply i haven’t tested myself with 400W but i think it is not sufficient for 3060, but OK for 4060, but depending on your other peripheral also :)

Does the 2080 super still have warranty? 4060 has the same or slightly lower performance than 2080 super, and 20-25% more performance than 3060. 4060 has better power consumption than 2080 and 3060 despite the lower. 4060 has lower vram than 3060 but i think in 1080p it’s still fine. You could benefit also from DLSS 3 with 4060. I vote for 4060 if money is not a problem.

hi, i really liked your video, but i need some more detail, i have a ryzen 5 5600g and a 550w psu bronze, which card should i go for, my other perepherals are : -1tb 7200rpm hdd -500gb 7200rpm hdd -250gb ssd nvme(gen 2 i think) -stock cooler -16gb 3200mhz ram(8x2) - 2 case fans - and mouse and keyboard, i have no rgb in this build, except for LED integrated into the fans, about 10 LEDs on each fan, and an rgb on the psu, i can turn that one off if needed. so based on my setup, which card should i go for, the difference in price is negelegible in my region, so both crads are almost the same price with the 4060 costin 10$ extra

You may need to switch out your motherboard. I use a 5600x with an MSI B450 and a 4060. The performance is great overall, but there will still be a small percentage bottleneck in my build. Although to be honest, so far, I've had no issues and games are running well. The PSU should be okay.
Disagree. The problem with the 4060 series, 8g or 16g is the bus width. The bus width of the 4060 is only 128 which is the bus width of something like a 4050 would be. What's interesting and proves the point is the comparison between the 3060 8g vs the 3060 12g. Most would think they are the same card with different VRAM counts but the 8g version has a 128 bit bus while the 12g has a 192 bit bus. When tested, the 12G is around 17-20% faster than the 8G. It isn't the VRAM which is shown in tests, with neither card exceeding 8g VRAM used, it's the bus width. Since the 4060 of both VRAM flavors comes with a 128 bit bus it was dead on arrival ... because of the bus width not the VRAM.
Hello, India! 🇮🇳 For now i suggest 4060 8gb because of better performance and lower power consumption. Also, the implementation of frame generation is getting better nowadays, i think. You can get the benefit of that in games that implements DLSS 3. But be careful as it has only 8GB of vram. In higher resolution, the game will need more vram. And you should consider the price difference also in your local gpu market. Hope this helps, and people may have different opinion :)

For now i suggest 4060 8gb because of better performance and lower power consumption. Also, the implementation of frame generation is getting better nowadays, i think. You can get the benefit of that in games that implements DLSS 3.
But be careful as it has only 8GB of vram. In higher resolution, the game will need more vram. And you should consider the price difference also in your local gpu market.

For editing it depends of what software you use, some of my friends whose a 3D editor said that their softwares requires higher vram also.
@@me_Rahul games graphics become more photo realistic and heavier. If many games in the future implements DLSS3 frame gen, you can use that to make 4060 last longer than 3060 :)
Bad testing. Diablo 4 shall be tested in 1440p, it takes 11GB veido mem and kill 4060.

FG is Frame Generation/DLSS3. You can activate in the game graphics settings. It only works with RTX4000 and not all games have it :)
