Finally made it back to Omiya after first seeing them during the peak of the restrictions (which you can check out here: • Omiya Ardija (Trying P... ), and what a game to pick - Omiya at home against their closest relegation rival, with 3 points absolutely vital in their mission to stay up.
Last time we were here we had a lot of fun but felt that they needed a redo on their ratings now that things are back to normal and they can really show who they are. Have they gone up the table, or is their JLJ score matching their current league form? Have a look and let us know if we got it right or not!
Also, shoutout to the Omiya fans for always making us feel welcome and for giving us a great day out. We at JLJ are huge fans of the club and hope they smash the rest of the season 🐿️🧡

Omiya Ardija was my first and only J League experience. This was back in 2017 and it was against FC Tokyo. Good times.

Omiya Ardija is a great club with one of the best financial resources in the J2 League and a soccer-specific stadium, but in recent years they have been in a slump and are at risk of being relegated to the J1 League instead of being promoted to the J1 League. I hope they return to the J1 League soon. I'm sorry that this match was disappointing.
Absolutely, really like them as a club. Fingers crossed they manage to turn things around soon eh.

This is my team and i was able to go to 2 matches this year. (I live in NY.) This stadium is top tier, fans are top tier, the team... yikes.
