Why would everyone give you crap about Sitka when their stuff last longer than most the other brands and works super well. Do they talk shit cause they can't afford it?
Looks awesome overall, but some very perplexing design choices on this vest. First, why would they design the mouth call pocket to go into the same pocket as pot calls calls? The moisture from the mouth calls after use is not good for the surface or wood on a pot call. That feels like an oversight. Once you use the call, you can't (Or shouldn't) put it back into that pouch. Secondly, I know they have a spot for a bladder but a ton of guys use water bottles and there is no water bottle pocket or even a good place to install one on Molle webbing. That seems like a dumb little thing, but it's a deal breaker for me unfortunately. I don't want to switch to a bladder because my vest doesn't allow me to use the bottle I prefer. I love the outside of the box design, but I wish they would revise slightly. Love the adjustability and the backpack design!
The main reason I got the vest was how sleek and tight it fits. I also carry a lot of camera equipment and the backpack feature is awesome. I run a bladder system so that feature I also love.
@@Chasingweekends1 yeah, I like the sleek design. But would a water bottle pocket add bulk? Bladders are great for all day hunts, but they certainly aren’t for everyone. I’m sure they’re selling a ton of these, just my two cents that a water bottle pocket would make it even better.
The buckle with the turkey sling sucks! I got a 20lbs turkey yesterday and it broke at the buckle not to mention it pulled that whole side of the vest up. Other then that I love this vest
