It would be better if you tell us the voltage of the power supply, but it would also be a solution to make a regulated power supply with LM317 and reduce the voltage to 1.5 volts. add capacitors to input and output to filter out noise
Dear Zafer, than you! If current is on minimum, does short cut destroy circuit?
Yes, if the short circuit input current is high, it will destroy the transistor. However, if the current is at minimum it will not cause any harm.

If the input voltage is constant, it is possible to use high voltage BTJ transistors.You can even use a mosfet, you can look at the examples on the channel.

When the current drawn exceeds the set value, the voltage will collapse to keep the current constant. batis power formula W=I.V

Devre şeması yanlış. Iyi bir hatayi bul, bulmaca sorusu olurdu. Ayrıca montaj da yanliş; watlı direnç emiter'de ki yüke seri gelmesi gerekiyor..
