I lost my dad at a young age too, also from an aneurysm. It was very traumatic, as it happened right in front of me. Fortunately, I never had to deal with getting to know a stepdad. My mom stayed single until she herself died about 2 and a half years ago. Anyway, thanks for uploading this! I've been needing it!😁

Would a step-dad be really this bad? Maybe, I'm a special case, because my mother and I both wished my father ill as he'd done more than enough to piss us off. So, when my father ran off (with the money and documents) and my mother started dating again, I told her that her date was nice, but probably not the best choice and told her that I wouldn't sabotage their relationship. He was better to me than my real father, but turned out to be an alcoholic. Still, I supported my mother until she had enough of that idiot. I've never done any hostile act towards him, except that I've warned him once that he's currently pissing off my mother and losing my respect...
@@edi9892 yes they can. Real dads can too. So can step moms and real moms.... You would be surprised at how bad mankind can be to their own children.

Thank you!! We tried to board our dog overnight to get out of town to get my mother in laws 87th birthday. When we showed up with the dog, they had closed down....well, now we are getting pizzas, curling up with our pups and having a great evening with...YOU!! THANK YOU FOR KEEPING US ENTERTAINED! I hope you are all keeping safe and healthy. I have a friend that's starting a block party, everyone barbecuing on their front lawn, everyone keeping to their yard, but dancing, cooking, playing music and dancing! We can still party!!
(Please check with seniors in your neighborhood, help them with groceries or cheer them up. They may also have experience with big pandemics in the past and probably have amazing stories to tell, on the phone, or from their doorway. Let them know you appreciate them, we will all be there someday, telling those "young kids" how we survived the coronavirus in 2020, so long ago....

This is one of my favorite narration voices on TH-cam, in regards to spooky stories. I have listened to quite a few hours of this material, often to go to sleep, as the voice is very relaxing.

My writing is usually better. I didn't really write it so much as I made it up as I recorded. A fun way to "write" Creepypasta on the spot.
My friends and I went on a camping trip and we did a lot hiking. But we know we’re never completely alone out there.
Pretty creepy when ya think about it, but a camping trip ain't a proper camping trip unless it's a bit creepy.

Headphones tend to help. After their school stuff, give them a tv break or something. While they whoop and hollor watching the show, pop in the headphones, keep and eye on them and listen to some stories. Sometimes I'll leave one earbud in so I can still hear if something happens or someone needs attention.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Your videos are really helping me personally. I suffer from an autoimmune condition, and am basically in quarantine, because I get pneumonia and end up in the icu pretty much annually, just from the common cold/flu bugs that go around yearly. This virus would likely kill me. I am scared, for my kids, for myself and my loved ones, my country, the world, and I am trapped in a windowless bedroom, trying to ride this out. And you don't know how comforting/helpful your videos have been for me. I appreciate the extra hard work your doing in order to keep us all distracted and entertained. Really.

This is the second 'pasta of yours I've listened to start to finish after never really caring for them. Your narration makes it *so easy* to just sink into them and your writing is always fantastic my man. I'm autistic so it's just hard for me to get into non-real life stories because it's a deviation from my norm but I'll be damned if I don't sincerely love yours.

I absolutely agree. Even horror doesn't have to be depressing and stressful every time.
This one actually sucked me in. I was really entranced by the situation and setting. I usually don't really care about characterization, but it worked here because it fit to set the rollercoaster tone. A lot of good ups and downs, and even some emotional interactions that made me want catharsis. Excellent pay off, I did not see the end coming at all, which is rare for these sorts of stories.
Well done. I saw that you said you thought the writing was meh here, but I thought it was really good. If you really did just make it off the top of your head, I think you have a real gift for story telling. Not only in the horror narration sense, but the real old school 'sit around the fire and listen to village elders tell you about the gods' sort of stprytelling way. Which really, is the best kind.
