Comme une personne (person) Français je suis heureux que vous profitez de Avignon et Provence. Il y a beaucoup de spot de la nature qui sont gentille, mignone, et la centre-ville historique. J’apprends le français et veut corriger ton phrase.

We are in Avignon right now and did not realize that the TGV station was not the central station. We took the train from Bordeaux (not TGV) into Avignon central. Tomorrow we are taking the TGV train to Rennes. We would have gone back the Avignon central and would have certainly missed our train. Thank you for sharing and making such great content!! You really saved us a lot of stress and loss!
Now we’re off to Pont d’Avignon for the afternoon. Thank you!!

Looks beautiful. Hadn't thought too much about going that far south in France, but that looks incredible. How's the language barrier there? I imagine the farther south you go, the less English you will find

Watched this one the other day. Craving another trip to the continent. Particularly France, Italy or somewhere I've not yet been before like Hungary or Poland. Would love to see Bosnia and Serbia too

I enjoyed the Papal Palace but then again I was about the same age as Mark's kids when my parents took me there. Maybe someday I'll go back.

Man, I had to interrupted my studies in europe due to a crisis I was going through, I really miss travelling around the continent. Good thing was, I could spend the pandemic time with my family.

I'd like to reinforce the idea of visiting Pont du Gard; it's great.
Also, we rented a car and the rental guy said he'd meet us at the train station. We clarified that we would be at the TGV station, but we waited and waited. Eventually he showed up; he'd gone to the other station. Nowadays with a cell phone that would be less of a problem.
The food is good and the people are fine, but a waiter pretended to not understand what a pint (as in a pint of beer) was, so I tried medio litro, mixing in a little spanish, and he got it.

What music is popular in France? Are there many dance clubs or places to go watch live music? I like it all: electronic, jazz, hip hop, latin, rock and roll, etc.

What do you think people in France listen to? lol It's like any other western country, you can find all types of live music bars, all types of clubs, all types of concerts, etc. In my small city we have a hard rock live music bar right next to a dance music club. So in bigger cities you literally have everything

I love Avignon and Provence. I found going into the papal palace a waste of money...there is nothing inside it! My French friends did warn me not to bother! I prefer to wander round the town.

What is it like being in France now during the Pandemic? I wanted to go to Paris and the South of France but I am worried about the Pandemic. I guess you just get vaccinated and wear a mask everywhere. Thoughts?

Entry into the EU from overseas is still not possible, with the exception of citizens of Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and Thailand. For all other people who are not citizens of the EU or the Schengen area, the borders are closed. This also applies to UK citizens.
