I wake up today and watch this episode again - then I opened Facebook and saw the three years memory: a pelegrinage to Lourdes. Well... there are two ways to live: the first one is to believe that there is no miracles, and the second one is to believe that everything is a miracle.

Zac, Darren, and the team did such an amazing job with this project. I always tear up when I see this. My mom got to see this before she passed away and I’m so glad she liked it.

Whenever you attend Mass you are part of something greater than yourself....when you pray the rosary you are part of something greater than yourself. We are all part of the body of Christ! I hope Zac was impressed!

I’m surprised that they didn’t mention or show the incorrupt body of Bernadette Soubirous aka St. Bernadette of Lourdes. Although she was buried in Nevers, France as a Carmelite nun at the age of 24 in 1879, over the years, her body had been exhumed on three separate occasions (w/ the thought of relocating her back to Lourdes), and her body was discovered to be incorrupt. She is encased in a crystal coffin shrine and can be visited by anyone who wishes to see her body on display at the Chapel of St. Gidard at the Sisters of Charity in Nevers, France.

I wish they did at least see the incorrupt body of St. Bernadette. But unfortunately I understand why they didn't include that kind of aspect, since the episode itself is specifically about water.
