In this video we are taking a look at the new Scallops expansion DLC for Fishing North Atlantic. It's fairly expensive costing £11 for a DLC that just contains 3 boats and a new fish species but if you're into the game and enjoy playing it then not only will you make millions in minutes and get rich quick but you'll have fun doing it. After trying various techniques I am using a spiral waypoints course using horizontal and vertical way points I think if my memory serves me right from my days at school it is called a Ulam Spiral, I start on the icon from the centre and plot a spiral course from the inside to the outside, I'm getting great results with both the red and green nets full to capacity at the same time, in the first few turns got 40,000 kg !
It's a bit buggy for people atm. Unfortunately I'm unable to get it due to low funds even though it's just 13.99 USD it would be around $15 with tax and that's almost half a tank of gas for me.
dont want to pay your workers, dont make them clock in and show up on the boat. if they on the boat they get paid.
Just to let you know the red and green triangles are to indicate port and starboard sides
Phrase I learned to remember this "Is there any red port left?"

I didn’t think I would enjoy the DLC but it’s been quite good and the Scallop boats are loads of fun minus the horrific handling 🤣
My dad did it for 40 odd years before moving to prawns and he often tells me if the money was still there he wouldve stayed on scallops
Idk what happened but scallops on my game are like $6-7. Im filling up my ocean scout and ima see what I profit currently at 48k/88k storage
How do you find scallobs lol might be a dumb question but do u just fish anywhere for them?
Use the tips that you get at any of the docks, they will be in the Town section under bar !
