How height are you
How much do you weigh and does your weight affect your jump height to you. Btw you really is an inspiration man 🙏🏿
I’m currently around 160lbs and jumping my highest. Earlier this year I was around 168lbs and not jumping that high. I’ve experimented a lot and I’ve found that being lighter while still being in great shape works best.
Being lean is key…cut the fat …get strong
Who should I watch for one foot form? My one foot approach jump is like 8 inches less than my 2 foot approach
