What do you mean by that?
@@JForrestEnglishFor example: "Give me your book". I used Present Simple, even though the action is taking place at the time of speaking, and from what I 've heard and read, we always use Present Continuous for that. I would understand it if 'give' was a stative verb, but it's not...
It is strange how teachers rarely talk about that when they explain Present Simple. They always talk about regular actions, events, facts, etc.
I hope I was able to express myself clear enough.
