People who are opening up bodybuilder style gyms should not do business with any equipment company who sells to Planet Fitness. Planet Fitness should have been dealt with decades ago one way or another.
They know nothing about fitness and nutrition. They are not a gym they are a freaking joke! Anyone that is in shape or a bodybuilder they do not want in their place. Because if you are in shape than you will be offending people and they don't want that. People get offended because you look good. And they actually take the side of the other person. I was at planet fitness the other day I just started training few months ago but when I was benching 225 on smith machine and I rack it and a stopper shoots off one from where I racked it. Told this power lifter buddy he said same machine did that the other day when guy was dead lifting. The workers said thanks when I handed a bolt to them but ain't put a sign on machine or even check it just keep running their mouths at the counter

*Look at it from my perspective; I started lifting like an old man when I was 31-32 and still had to show ID regularly to prove I was over 18!* Now, I have to start that way again after exploring a lot of other training styles and philosophies for the last 7 years. *Bulldog push ups and about 2 weeks later when I took this path, I went from ice picks everywhere in my back like my life is over from just those bulldogs to cranking out a little over 20 normal push ups with a lot more in the tank.* I turn 45 on the 8th and have to return to slow, steady and physical therapy minded exercises mixed into heavy resistance training. *Anyway, the purpose of my post is the "old man" dies off if you take it slow, steady and condition yourself correctly.* Sooner or later, you feel 18 again with the limitations having far less command over how you function.
