@@yenamandraradheshyam4555 Sorry sir, लेकिन सर जी हमारे साथ ऐसा हुआ हैं! हमरा jr goods train Manager से Sr goods train Manager का प्रोमोशन था! उस समय as per assessment rule totally higher grade में 17 वेकेंसी थी , उनमें से केवल 10 लोगों को as a sr goods train Manager पद प्रमोट किया ! As On date 17/05/2024 को लेकिन बाकी 07 लोगों उनके साथ प्रमोशन मिलना चाहिए था! वो उस तारीख को मिला नहीं इसमें हमारा आर्थिक रूप से बहुत नुकसान हो रहा है! एक increment का भी नुकसान हो रहा हैं! Plz sir कुछ रास्ता होगा तो बता दीजिए! क्यों की सर as per assessment rule vacancy था तो उनके साथ प्रमोशन मिलना चाहिए था!

both APAR and Service Records i.e. penalties awards, AWARD etc THERE IS NO ROLE OF LWP IN THIS MATTER.

Sir, yadi Good APR ke bad MACP nahi milta hai to APR milane ke 1 years ke bad competant authority to representative de sakte hai kya
