Thanks for watching everyone. Hope you find this useful and informative. Just to comment on the a/c i will say that we experienced the same problems in an outside cabin so probably not unique to insides. If you have any questions we are always happy to try and help and if you have any comments on your experience in an inside cabin then please leave in comments below. Happy cruising all.
Cheers Donna, We were both happy in the inside, our main moan was the a/c but in fairness this was no different in an outside room we have previously stayed in with Marella, think there a/c is just not that good. Glad its given you reassurance, balcony was nice but to be honest we never really used it and you will find that you won't spend that much time in your cabin. You will have a great time. Happy cruising. 🚢🚢🚢🍹🍹🍹😎😎😎
I’ve been enjoying your videos you guys seem like heaps of fun. We are going on our first cruise in December on the explorer 2. Can you get the beds pushed together or is it always set up as a twin. We have booked an outside cabin but other than having a window I think we have a similar set up
Hi Vicky, thanks so much for your lovely comments, we do have a lot of fun on our Marella cruises. You can have the beds however you want them, singles or pushed together as a double. If they are not how you want them when you get to your room just mention it to a cabin attendant or ring reception and they will change them for you. We have been in an outside on the first 2 cruises with Marella, we like the split option so you can see out of window better and it also seems to makes it easier to move around and also makes the cabin appear bigger. Hope you have a lovely cruise. 🚢🚢🚢🍹🍹🍹🙂
Hmm a pineapple shirt 😂😂 Removed the fridge but have left in the power point, could come in handy. First time trying inside cabins deck 8 on Voyager in October, informed by Marella there will be no fridge in our cabin by the time we board, and then an inside cabin On P&O Azura in April so will be an interesting comparison especially with claustrophobia. A result of being locked in a wardrobe playing hide n seek as a child 🥵 Thanks for raising the air con problem, so if ours is naff and report it and get fobbed off, will have a good comeback reply. Where did you put your suitcases? Could cope I think for a week but not for a fortnight, especially if on a Caribbean cruise regarding no view yet alone the aircon issue. Plus point no plastic shower curtain up the bum crack.
I love that pineapple shirt and i thought everyone else did too! I thought i would not like the inside but it really wasn't as bad as i thought it might be. I think we had a/c problems in the outside room so i think its just a poor system. Getting locked in a wardrobe would be pretty traumatic as a child, at least the inside room has lots of mirrors so gives the impression of being much bigger than it is. We did report a/c on the prevous cruise on Voyager and they did send someone out to look at it, we were informed it had been sorted but we could feel no difference. We put the suitcases in one of the wardrobes which has a large open space at the bottom. There is so much storage space it is quite surprising. So happy the shower curtain is gone, my bum is way too big! 😂😂😂😂
