Use doubled sided blade that the hand of the king uses to start off the run try to get brutally scrolls to the highest use custom mode set curse from cursed chests to 0 the park to use is damned go sewers prisons depths ancient sewers conjuctuvious graveyard cavern mausoleum high peak castle hand of the king astrolab collector I used this build and also try to get 100 percent damage taken +100 percent damage sealed also VERY IMPORTANT the legendary version does 300 percent damage and can break shields I got a weapon that does 780 thousand damage hit the collector 2 times stun him keep drinking him while he chugs his potions and you should be able to pick up his potion and drink it and one shot him. good luck
the rifts are in prisoner's quarters, promenade, prison depths, ossuary. There is also a fifth one I found in the astrolabe but I didn't notice it until my last attempt so I'm not sure if that one is guaranteed... afterwards is slumbering sanctuary cavern, but neither of those have a rift

Yeah, I don't really get it. Owl with the right affix and the highest tier, is so freaking good I get hard looking at the sheer amount of DPS it does.
