I was just thinking imagine having a home where there are reptiles to look at in every room, almost like your own, private reptarium. Of course you have to be able to 100% take care of all the needs of the reptiles and have enough money for all their needs, that will likely never happen to me but a girl can dream.

And you obviously don't watch the channel if that's your viewpoint. Just because someone has a lot of pets does not mean they are " collecting" them. They're all in very good care and unlike some owners Jessica knows her max animal capacity and puts upgrades and better care before buying other reptiles. Having a lot of pets doesn't mean that your a bad owner as long as they are taken care of. Show me one way that these animals are insufficiently cared for.
Most of hers seem to be rescues which is pretty impressive, why not say that to all those people who breed hundreds of geckos and snakes to make money from cool morphs instead of this girl.
It makes me happy that you adjust for every individual, you seem very educated on all their conditions and what they need, you don’t just collect to collect. I love this and all these small friends!!
FYI on the armpit bubbles! I've got extensive experience. It's where they store calcium in a liquid form: Either because they can't process it (from a D3 deficiency) or because they are eating too much from their calcium bowl or simple overfeeding of gut loaded or powdered insects. Some geckos don't like to bask so they have to get D3 from their food. I.e. dust their insects with D3 supplement that does Not include calcium. Take the calcium bowl. Put them on a week-long fast. ... You can try these one at a time to see which one will yield results to pinpoint the problem. I love your channel and I can tell you care about your geckos!!

Just wanted to say that your enclosures are absolutely gorgeous. This is how EVERY reptile keeper should keep their animals. It inspires me to do more with my herp cages!
Wow, your setups are incredible. I love the built-in streams that you did. I’ll have to look into in the future when I have more space and get more animals. I’ll admit I messed up and housed multiple female geckos together. Honestly, many said it was okay to do, and a breeder told me it usually isn’t an issue. They don’t really fight, and if anything happens, it’s usually a small nip here and there. But I’m going to be setting them up with all their own setups. Honestly, I don’t really have the space, but I’m just going to work it out the best I can. I know they’ll be happier like that. Plus, it’s stressful for me trying to work out feeding time a certain way to make sure they all eat. I’ve already picked out a lot of nice supplies.

Oh, I absolutely loved seeing your lovely reptile world and all the extra special critters you take care of! I am pretty new to reptile owning. We have two crested geckos - one senior, retired one and one that is his last boy. It would never have occurred to me NOT to have them in our bedroom. They are most active at night, and that means we get to hang out before bedtime. They are both bio-active, live plant enclosures and don't smell and aren't noisy, so... why not have them in here? Mind you... they do take up quite a bit of space! All that to say, it makes total sense to have some of them in your room.
First time watching your channel, and I was very impressed with your enclosures the amount of time you obviously have spent making those closures so that your animals have the best life possible was amazing. Great job

Seriously every single one of them is so beautiful and extensive, you go above and beyond how a regular person would care for their animals.

Omg! I had no idea that you had all my dream reptiles. I thought you just had Geckos! The only one I really wanted but decided I likely will never get is the Axolotls bc I know me, and I'm HORRIBLE at keeping up with Aquariums. So as much as I love them, I will have to love them from a distance....lol
Could you do a care guide for garter snakes? There isn’t much guides out there but you don’t have to! Also, i’d recommend getting more garter snakes because they do better in groups ((You don’t have to because it’s your care and you don’t have to listen))

Who was that famous person who said "Perfection is the enemy of the good." ?? It means so many projects, theories, babies, and other wonderful things would never be born if we had to know in advance that there were no flaws. As a very serious perfectionist I am still working on that well into midlife and know just how that is. It is certainly worth growing out of perfectionism, or not letting it take over. Please don't deprive yourself and others of all that you have to offer because you get stuck that way. People as bright and thorough as you are are probably producing work that others would mistake for perfection even when you see many flaws. Your standards are impossibly high and even though the flaws are tiny, your're educated enough to see them, but you are also very quick to see them as bad rather than learning experiences and interesting little detours. It's another cliche and an accurate one that many of the most famous discoveries and interesting artworks were born as mistakes or serendipitous accidents. I'm only saying that for support, though, because clearly even as young as you are you are well aware of this and making great progress. Keep those videos coming! I'm new to interest in reptiles, but I can see why they're fascinating.

Who was that famous person who said "Perfection is the enemy of the good." ?? It means so many projects, theories, babies, and other wonderful things would never be born if we had to know in advance that there were no flaws. As a very serious perfectionist I am still working on that well into midlife and know just how that is. It is certainly worth growing out of perfectionism, or not letting it take over. Please don't deprive yourself and others of all that you have to offer because you get stuck that way. People as bright and thorough as you are are probably producing work that others would mistake for perfection even when you see many flaws. Your standards are impossibly high and even though the flaws are tiny, your're educated enough to see them, but you are also very quick to see them as bad rather than learning experiences and interesting little detours. It's another cliche and an accurate one that many of the most famous discoveries and interesting artworks were born as mistakes or serendipitous accidents. I'm only saying that for support, though, because clearly even as young as you are you are well aware of this and making great progress. Keep those videos coming! I'm new to interest in reptiles, but I can see why they're fascinating.
