i just received willsenton r300 1 week ago, i combine it with gustard r26+U18 and B&W 705 s3 speaker, hope next time it will be even better
Very nice. I have the same amp. All tubes are stock except for the two 6SN7. I had a pair of Sylvania grey glass VT-231 so I swapped those in. I prefer them to the Willsenton branded 6SN7. Thanks for doing this.
Thank you and Congrats 👍🏻 yes, the 6SN7 have the most influence on the sound. what speakers do you have? How’s the bass performance?
@@listentalk6977 I have the Jean Marie Reynaud Offrande Supreme v.2 speakers. I also have a pair of Falcon Acoustics LS3/5a speakers. Bass performance with both is excellent. When I use the Falcons I switch to the 16 ohm tap with great results.
@@garyalexander5686 very nice. 👍🏻 I do know and heard the Falcon but unfortunately never the jm Reynaud. JM should be not too demanding for an amp.
