Designing Sound For a Venue!

How much sound do you need as a venue to get the club pumping, perhaps you are doing rentals and you need to calculate how much sound you need to bring?
I take the chance to show you a real-life example of some basic requirements and calculations whilst hinting an overkill low-cost solution.
