How to replace a Polaris RZR 800 rack and pinion 2008-2014 EP.489

IF your steering goes out. Here is way to tighten it or just replace the rack and pinion with a aftermarket rack from EBAY.

I noticed you started with the tie rod ends on top but you finish with the new tie rod ends on bottom, have you noticed any difference, I asked that because I bought a used one and the tie rod ends are on top but they were worn out from the wheel Rim rubbing on them

I think I did have it on backwards 😅

I had the same issue. In the service manual I have for the 08 RZR it shows the knuckle on the bottom. Once I switched them there was no more rubbing.
