Again turn on hotspot and then it will work. Wifi is just needed for few seconds after that wifi not needed. Sp turn on hotspot and open Google home app to see the screen mirroring signal

1. Create mobile hotspot and connect this mobile hotspot to TV.
2. Then install Google home app and proceed with on screen instructions in Google home app
3. At one point, (Activate point), app will ask you to turn on wifi. But don't turn on wifi as it will close your hotspot mobile. So just go to home screen by pressing home (middle navigation button) button in your phone.
4. Then again, open Google home app, this time, you will see the TV signal. Just click that and cast screen option will appear. Just connect.
