Thank you Sir for the video.
As u suggested I installed Google Home. But when I open the application, it is not showing my LG TV to which I need to connect.
Asks me to turn on WiFi and I am not turning it on as it will put off mobile hotspot to which our tv is connected.
Where I must be wrong? Any suggestions?

Sir, Thank you for the video.
Tried so many times to connect Samsung A03 with our new smart LG tv through Google Home, without wifi. It doesn't work.
As u said in the video i did not put on wifi when Home asks me to do so, as that would put off hotspot. But went back to Home icon and clicked..I dont see my lg tv at, all as i see in yours.
Where have i gone wrong Sir?

Close Google home app and open again. Then click on devices there. You will see the signal from tv there

It wont work if ur phone is dataless cz u search the T.V device when ur phone is on hot spot mode..😊😊😊 as in google home is still useless without data access
