The owner seems to have Basil Fawlty qualities which would make a interesting stay ;😁😁 and finally , Hannah was superb in this one , great choice of presenter she nailed what the estate is all about ... 10/10 all round ... minor note, Tom watch your exposure outside , opening scenes , your presenter was quiet a bit over exposed ...

Man, I thought it was for sale, lol... properties coming for sale in Cotswolds are few and far between. The Cotswolds simply are one of my favorite territories in the UK, outside of Belgravia, Eaton. Stunning property, it's certainly eclectic.
Awesome research, capturing presentation. The one thing I'd do to improve this estate would be to cover the pool or build a large indoor pool/gym/spa suite. Keep the outside pool for the few hot summer weeks.
Think you do a great job Also think you should know the difference between chevron and herringbone pattern. I have noticed it when you have toured other properties.
Beautiful property amazing amount of accommodation and a chef and tennis instructor and spa well done LH and Hannah :) kudos to designer and owners for doing such a great job of preserving history and design of such a lovely property. Hard to choose all the bedrooms are lovely as was the kitchens and livingrooms.
