  • This video is the summary of the book 'Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus' of John Gray in Tamil.
Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus (1992) is a book written by American author and relationship counsellor John Gray, after he had earned degrees in meditation and taken a correspondence course in psychology. The book states that most common relationship problems between men and women are a result of fundamental psychological differences between the sexes, which the author exemplifies by means of its eponymous metaphor: that men and women are from distinct planets-men from Mars and women from Venus-and that each sex is acclimated to its own planet's society and customs, but not to those of the other. One example is men's complaint that if they offer solutions to problems that women bring up in conversation, the women are not necessarily interested in solving those problems, but mainly want to talk about them. The book asserts each sex can be understood in terms of distinct ways they respond to stress and stressful situations.
Gray writes how men and women each monitor the amount of give and take in relationships. If the balance shifts, one person feeling they have given more than they have received, resentment can develop. This is a time when only communication can help to bring the relationship back into balance.
Gray further asserts men and women view giving and receiving love differently, how individual actions intended as loving expressions are "tallied up." According to Gray, women and men are often surprised to find their partners "keep score" at all, or that their scoring methods widely differ.

    Bro, u will realize these when u hit u r late 30's.
Author didn't stereotype, is the power of nature that made those differences in men and women. Differences are beautiful.

It is not about the Physical strength.. what the book is saying about is mental, characteral and psychological strength.. In which there is no difference between genders.. Hope you understood.

Recently I come through your reels in Instagram, amazing job man keep rocking. I going to took ur recommended books from library thanks a lot for honest and genuine review.
Ok come to this book, doctor recommend this book for me. I couldn’t complete this book as per your words it’s book to pacify and try to tell how to understand n adjust a man. He openly told that. Feeling so bad ( as a women) why we have to suppress our feelings for everything 😢.
Thanks for your bold and clear views on this book ❤

I too eagerly want to know, the reason for the 'difference between men and women'.
Did men and women evolve differently?
    Or
Did they brought up and conditioned differently?
Is this difference natural? Or artificial?
If it is natural, why nature had designed them that way?
Are men and women supposed to live together, according to nature?
What was happening thousands of years back, when we were evolving in forests? Does it have any connection with todays 'gender differences'?
    Too many unanswered questions!
If there is any answer or any other books to answer, please do comment.
