Just wanted to add a tips for any tipi tent users. There are adapters available that allows you to connect two poles (must be longer for obvious reasons) to make it a A-shape to eliminate center pole to maximize usable space. There are some 3rd party companies that makes it and some tent manufacturers make it for their own but tipi is a tipi, they all work.
For these single center pole designs, cut an old tennis ball in half and place it on top of pole/bag. Helps to spread down forces across a 3" area. Leaned this from an old trapper over 30 years ago
That's exactly what I was going to say,use a half squash ball. What's the best way to get a perfect circle when pegging out? Put it up today for first time, pegs in pegs out, pegs in pegs out😫
i think if you put a car sponge in the top of your poll bag. it will help and stop the poll comeing and makeing a hole in the top of your tent .you can hold the spong in place with an elastic band
These are a fairly standard guy line set up, I just pull the tensioner nice and tight and adjust accordingly around the tent. Maybe your tensioners were not installed correctly from the factory. I have had that happen in the past and had to remove the tensioner from the lines and add them back the correct way.
Good solid review, been thinking about this one for a while now, I already have the One Tigris smokey hut, but find it a little cramped at times. The only problem with the Rock Fortress, kids might think the circus is in town.. ATVB Colin
I’ve had this tent for roughly a year now. It’s a great tent. You’ll want to upgrade the tent stakes though, the supplied steaks are pure trash, and WILL bend, and break.
Great video! Just bought and set mine up for the first time.

Thanks for the tip!
Really nice coverage on the tent. I have mine on its way. Can’t wait to put it to good use

How did you lock those guidelines? Either I miss something or Im too gentle with those plastic "loop-things".

Wish they made insulated floors for their tents
Why? Why not just putting am isolated layer on the floor? Thanks.
Is it possible to hook a lantern inside near the roof

It fits in the sack! Wow!!! What size stove would you recommend for this?

What’s the center pole diameter?
Can any commentator out there who has bought a tent from onetigris, tell me where they are made, and how they can be so cheap?
China, of course.
