You are bang on about the tipping. The aspect that you tip because you are happy with the service still exists, and it isn't borne from obligation, it is a genuine show of appreciation.
I loved how you mentioned the overcast windy weather yet it's still mild enough to wear a T shirt lol.. Oh and the shout out to the bin chickens. Love ya work brother
Good luck with that.. Did you use the true blue services & if you can explain more why you have been charged all that amount.. Many thanks from Manchester 😊
@@ThatJohnstonLife I’m moving out to Perth in September! 21 years old on my own, so excited :) Watching your early videos and to now your vowels are definitely slower and starting to sound like a true Aussie! Your videos have been so helpful thank you!
Hi Ross , your videos have brilliant. It has kept my dream alive about moving to Brisbane. I have finally received my visa and will be travelling this week. Uk Jack
If you are near Killarney vale, you probably heard this loud bang. I’m sorry for the school there, there has been a thunderstorm ⛈️ and we all saw that lightning before it all started. It lights. Then bites. / it’s really loud. I guess your happy being comforted by all your friends in that school and all the other schools there near. I can’t believe we had to go to sport near the thunder. Love looking at your family's video's on You Tube. I am currently packing up my life again after 8 years in NZ from Ireland so not my first time emigrating, and moving to Melbourne in the next few weeks / months depending on savings and job. I can work anywhere as people with Kiwi passports don't need a visa. For people who have the choice would you think it is best to get a job before I come or are employers mainly looking at people already in the country. I am looking at jobs in projects. Cheers, Pauline
I watched a video about people who work in the mines in western australia. I wouldn't mind doing that job, especially, as the video showed basically a camp/miniture town built.
On the topic of tipping, my ex was Australian and visited me in the UK. Not sure if they tipped back in 2013 or if he just didn't know the conversion $ to £, but he tipped a waitress in the UK £15 on my card and I was like 😢😢 😂
Hi mate I find your videos very helpful, I’m currently starting the process with my family but I was just wondering roughly how much did the whole visa process code ? Thankyou
@@ThatJohnstonLife thanks! It means that UK passport holders that want a WHV don't need to do any sort of 88 day work to get an extension - should be passed this month (hopefully). Keep up the good content!
Hey been through lots of your videos and see you have kids. I am looking to move over but when budgeting is so hard to work out what child benefits you get over there? If any?
@@ThatJohnstonLife Must've picked the worst time to record weather wise, anyway hope it turns the Mexicans off from still relocating in record numbers 🤦, cos there's only 2 states to be in , Qld, and pi$$ed!.. 😂👍🍺

We’ve just submitted our 190 visa yesterday 🎉 felt sick paying the nearly £5k fees for us all though 🤢 it’ll be worth it!
Good luck with that.. Did you use the true blue services & if you can explain more why you have been charged all that amount.. Many thanks from Manchester 😊
@@abdoaiman I just did it myself and those were the fees charged by the Australian government for four people x
Thanks for the reply lorna & good luck for all of you
Just recently applied and those visa fees will drive you crazy😂

Fantastic! Keep us posted Jack
I love knowing exactly how much to pay before seeing the bill, I can even get exactly change ready if I want to use cash to get rid of my coins.
A lot of the time they appreciate the change too
You might be onto something with the Brisbane Olympic Mascot being a bin chicken Ross, it'd get my vote haha.
Mine too
holy shit mate, you are as kiwi as can be even though you tryna talk like aussie
love your video, thanks for the tips
Never been considered as a kiwi
The backing track is too loud, it's hard to seperate your voice from the melody. Otherwise great content!
Sorry about that William

Yeah, might have to get a new cable
Not sure why but your voice is only in my left ear.....it's possibly my headphones, anyone else have the same?

Can you do a video on the new 417 WHV visa laws? The UK has made a trade agreement which is massive!
