    I love that there is no 2 minute ramble like 90% of any 'how to' video on TH-cam. Thank you very much for this. Your straight to the point style has a subscriber in me.

    Love it! bro, I've been making Pitch Deck for my clients and we successfully closed deals from it! A Pitch deck should be simple and concise.

    Mae. Cada uno de sus videos mejor que el otro. Gracias por el fantástico contenido. Inspirador.
    Tienes algún video que hable sobre como evitar fracasar antes de la ronda A. Dices que les pasó?

    Great as usual, I just can't understand how did the apps became products if these apps are mostly about services.
    You are offering a service, not a product. The app is like a menu, not food.

    Hi, I'm looking for an Angel Investor for our EdTech startup. Our Education Technology startup is dedicated to simplifying and enhancing higher learning experiences, spanning SHS, College, University, Grad School, Review School and Law School, while making them more accessible, affordable, and enjoyable. We are seeking the support of an Angel Investor to propel our mission forward as we continue to refine and test our MVP. The amount is only $20,000.

      Have you started building your pitch deck? Going to an investor you will be raising a lot more money than that. The amount you raise for proper round it needs to be enough to get you to the next milestone in your business.

    what are your opinions on a pitch deck to receive funding for a product that is not patented yet so you show the market and the product solutions without showing the product?
    I have been working on 2 pitch decks one being without demonstration of what the product is if there was no NDA involved. I mentioned that if they want more information to contact me for an NDA.

    • @slidenavigatorllc1451
      @slidenavigatorllc1451 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I encounter this a lot with founders I worked with but investors typically are not going to want to sign an NDA. To get them to want to sign an NDA to learn more about your product you need to make sure you clearly explained the problem and the solution that your product brings. You want to make the investors so interested in your idea that will make them anxious to know what your product is. If you cannot get them interested enough they are not going to want to sign your NDA.

      Venture capitalists (VCs) typically do not sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) unless it's for a higher funding round like Series C or Series D. In general, it's unlikely that VCs, angel investors, or private investors will agree to sign an NDA, so it's best not to ask them to do so.

      @@Kingofking45 Thanks for sharing that. As someone who works with startups on their pitch decks I get asked this question regarding NDAs.
